Erie County - Erie County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Didion and Brunck Roads Sanitary Sewers will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of approximately 5,250 l.f. of 8 inch sanitary sewer on Didion and Brunck Roads in the Town of Lancaster, NY.

Erie County - The New York Urban Development Corporation, d/b/a, Empire State Development Corporation, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Supplemental EIS on the proposed Erie Canal Harbor Project. The action involves recommended changes to a 1999 Plan for reconfiguration and redevelopment of a new commercial harbor to better connect existing marine, transit, pedestrian, and bicycle access and to provide opportunities for private development (the “Original Project”). These changes are an outgrowth of the 2004 Erie Canal Harbor Final Master Plan, and are aimed to better interpret the site’s location at the historic western terminus of the Erie Canal. The project is located in downtown Buffalo, NY, on a site located at the foot of Main Street bounded by the Buffalo River, Main Street, Scott Street, and Marine Drive.
