Otsego County - The State University Construction Fund (SUCF), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Project To Replace Windows, Bugbee Hall, State University College at Oneonta will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves replacement of double-hung windows with new windows that are wood interior/aluminum-clad exterior insulated glass system with low-E glazing and argon filled. These new windows will match the existing windows in all respects to size, color, operation and muntin pattern. The exterior material will be a NYSOPRHP-approved aluminum cladding with coloring to match the existing color. The project is located at the State University College, Ravine Parkway, Oneonta, NY.

Rensselaer County - The Town of Brunswick, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hudson Hills Apartments may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a proposed residential use on 216 acres consisting of 1,116 apartment units located in 77 buildings. The property is bounded by Route 7 to the South, North Lake Avenue to the North and Lord Avenue to the West, and is currently zoned Agricultural. The project is located in the Town of Brunswick.
