Pursuant to Title 3, Article 49 of the Environmental Conservation Law, the Department of Environmental Conservation hereby gives public notice of the following:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 49-0305(9) of the Environmental Conservation Law, of the Department’s intent to acquire a Conservation Easement from Barbara Martinsons, over certain lands located in the Town of Neversink, Sullivan County, New York.

Orange County - The Village of Goshen Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Goshen Executive Center may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves development of infrastructure to support an office park with residential and senior housing components on a 122 acre site identified as Village of Goshen tax lots; 123-1-1, 2, 3, 3.1 and 3.3. The site improvements include associated parking, utilities and stormwater management facilities.
The proposed action includes the above described application, as well as all local, regional and state approvals necessary to authorize the development of the site in accordance with the proposed development plans, and authorize construction of the structures and accessory development activities thereon. The proposed action and development may also require various permits and approvals from the involved agencies listed herein. The project is located at South Street, Coats Drive and NYS Route 17A in the Village of Goshen. The property is located in the IP, OB, R-1 (HCC-float) Zoning District.

Dutchess County - The Town of LaGrange Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Rolling Meadows Subdivision. The action involves the Applicant, ABD Dutchess, LLC, proposing to develop a 130-lot cluster-type realty subdivision on 170.625 acres of land, known as “Rolling Meadows at LaGrange”. The lots will range from a minimum of 0.46 acres to a maximum of 12.7 acres, with the average lot size being 1.24 acres. The project is located on the north side of NYS Route 55, east of Mandalay Drive in the Town of LaGrange, Dutchess County, New York.
