Suffolk County - The Town of Islip Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Gardiner Manor LLC - Lowe's will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves a change of zone of a 12.7 acre parcel from Business 3, Business 1 and Residential A District to Industrial Business District in order to construct a single user bulk retail establishment of 146,000 s.f. Applicant also seeks setback, parking and site plan modifications as part of this application. The project is located at the former Gardiner Manor Mall site in Bay Shore, New York, on the southeast corner of Sunrise Highway and Manor Lane, Bay Shore NY.

The action involves a change of zone to allow construction of 16 single family residences and 47 townhouse units. The project is located at 1 Robert Lane, Glen Head, Town of Oyster Bay, NY.

Nassau County - The Incorporated Village of Roslyn, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed BITI, ll, LLC may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of 112 houses, a recreation building, waterfront promenade, a public park, open space and municipal parking. The project is located south of the Roslyn Viaduct, west of Bryant Avenue, and north of Old Northern Boulevard.
