The applicant proposes to
undertake masonry repair to the existing hydroelectric dam.
Repairs will be undertaken on the east abutment, toe, and downstream face. Repairs will
include the repair of damaged concrete sections, replacement of deteriorated grout,
plugging of leaks, and filling of undermined sections.
