Project Title: Fox Hollow Subdivision Road

Project Description: The project is the construction of a subdivision road and dedication of the road to the Town of Wilmington as a town road. The proposed road will be 1,000± feet long and extend northerly from the Fox Farm Road. It will provide access to nine lots in an eleven lot subdivision. The Town of Wilmington has indicated by letters dated May 11 and May 18, 2004 that the Town is willing to accept the road as an official town road, if the road is built to Town specifications, after final inspection by the highway superintendent and his favorable recommendation to the Town Board.
Saratoga County: - The Town of Moreau, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 5 of 2004- "Disposal or Processing of Certain Waste Prohibited in the Town of Moreau" will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Local Law No. 5 of 2004 prohibiting the disposal or processing of certain waste within the Town, including wastes not originating within the Town and defined as toxic, ignitable, reactive, hazardous, or corrosive. This local law also defines waste prohibited for purposes of this local law as any dredge or excavated material removed from the Hudson River. The project is located in the Town of Moreau.

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Wilton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Wilton Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an update to the Town's Master Plan from 1994 with a new Town Comprehensive Plan. The project is townwide.

Washington County - The Village of Hudson Falls Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 8 of 2004 "Site Plan Review" will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. This Local Law shall act to require site plan approval by the Planning Board for any new commercial land use or development, modifications to existing commercial development and any new multi-family structures or modifications to existing multi-family structures within the Village. The Local Law also authorizes the Planning Board to approve, modifications or disapprove site plans and impose reasonable conditions and restrictions, when necessary, as related to a proposed site plan. The project is located in the Village of Hudson Falls, Washington County.

Essex County - The Town of Wilmington, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Town of Wilmington Water District #1 and Water District #2 Water System Improvements. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on January 12, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the 2-3 Community Center, Wilmington, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until January 22, 2005. The action involves replacement of existing substandard water distribution mains on NYS Route 86, Quaker Mountain Road, Manning Road, Bonnieview Road, Haselton Road and relocation of Pump Station from Fairview Terrace to Quaker Mountain Road within Water District #1. Extension of Water Distribution System to Whiteface Mountain Ski Center on NYS Route 86 as Water District #2 to include construction of water transmission mains along NYS Route 86 to Whiteface Mountain Ski Center and construction of water transmission mains, a 330,000 gallon water storage tank and a 20'x30' Booster Pump Station on NYS Forest Preserve lands to provide potable water and fire flow capability for the Ski Center. The project is located in Water District #1 - NYS Route 86, Quaker Mountain Road, Manning Road, Bonnieview Road, Haselton Road. Water District #2 - NYS Route 86. All within the Town of Wilmington.
