Erie County - The Town Of Amherst Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rezoning of 2840, 2848 & 2864 North Forest Road will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The actions involves the rezoning of property from New Community District Suburban Agriculture (NCD-SA) to New Community District Local Center (NCD-LC). The property is located at 2840, 2848 & 2864 North Forest Road, Amherst, New York.

The project site encompasses three (3) parcels and totals 2.8 acres. The property is located on the west side of North Forest Road, immediately north of the existing Weinberg Campus and adjacent to Ellicott Creek. The petitioner proposes to expand the Weinberg Campus by constructing a 120 unit moderate income, independent living senior citizen apartment building in an area encompassing the 3 parcels to be rezoned and a portion of the existing Weinberg Campus property. Each of the 3 lots has a single-family home which will be demolished for the project. The petitioner is the Menorah Campus, Inc. The action involves an application for a proposed side yard setback variance for construction of a storage shed on the north side of the existing parking lot.. The property is located at the northwest corner of Sheridan Drive and Indian Trail and is bounded on the west by Ellicott Creek. Erie County - The Town Of Amherst Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village Park Business Center Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the expansion of the existing Village Park Business Center to be located at 6380-6400 Main Street, Amherst, NY. The 7.8 acre property is located on the north side of Main Street, approximately 2,600 feet east of Youngs Road. The property is an extension to the north side of the existing Village Park Business Center which has frontage on Main Street. The proposed expansion will include an 80,000 sq. ft. two-story office building and 482-space parking lot, which will be accessed from the existing Village Park driveways on Main Street. The building will be situated on land that is zoned Office Building (OB), while the parking lot will be located on land zoned Community Facilities (CF). Positive Declaration

Niagara County - The Town of Wheatfield Town Board, has determined that the proposed Hillcrest Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves 215 single family residential lots, 36 patio homes within a Planned Unit Development, and associated roadways, drainage structures and public utilities (sanitary sewers, water, electric, natural gas, etc.) within a 149 acre parcel. The project site is currently zoned R-2 Residential. The project is located south and east of and adjacent to Errick Road and west of Nash Road in the Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County, New York.
