Jefferson County - The Planning Board of the Town of LeRay, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 203,091 s.f. Wal-Mart Supercenter, a 6 dispenser (12 fueling position) gas station, and the preparation of one 1.5 acre outlot on a 27 acre parcel located in the Town of LeRay. The proposed action includes the development of the associated utilities, drives, parking, as well as improvements to U.S. Route 11.

St. Lawrence - The Town of Waddington, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Leishman Point Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a subdivision of twenty residential building lots on land recently returned to it from the New York Power Authority for that prupose. The project is located along the River Road just outside the Village of Waddington.
