Otsego County - The New York State Department Of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ubner Sand and Gravel Mine (Project Number: DEC#: 4-1246-00409/00001) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the project sponsor proposing to operate a 12.72 acre, life-of-mine, surface unconsolidated, sand and gravel mine, of which 3.16 acres is authorized to be disturbed during the initial permit term (5 years). The mining operation will include on site crushing and screening of material. The project is located 1.5 miles north of Milford on NY Route 28 in the Town of Hartwick.

Broome And Delaware Counties - The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Deposit, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law Rescinding Chapter 49, entitled "Zoning" of the Code of the Village of Deposit (adopted 9/11/61 and amended thereafter) and Creating Chapter 140, entitled "Zoning" to the Code of the Village of Deposit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.
The Local Law shall be adopted to promote and protect the public health, safety, general welfare and historic integrity of the Village of Deposit. This Local Law implements the vision statement, goals and objectives of the Village of Deposit Future Land Use Plan. Said Local Law will:
1. Separate residential districts into RA, R-1, R-2 and R-M;
2. Add requirements for site plan review and approval and special permit processes;
3. Update the requirements for the consideration of variances;
4. Update the procedure to follow for amendments to the Zoning code; and
5. Create use, bulk and parking tables.
The change affects all of the properties located in the Village of Deposit, Broome & Delaware Counties.

Columbia County - The Town of Stuyvesant Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hudson Landing Mobile Home Park, a/k/a Frank Palladino Mobile Home Park Expansion. A public hearing on the Supplemental EIS will be held on December 23, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, Town of Stuyvesant, Route 26A, Stuyvesant, NY. Written comments on the Supplemental EIS will be accepted until January 14, 2005. The action involves site plan approval for a mobile home park to expand the existing mobile home park by 96 units on a site of approximately 137 acres. The facility will utilize on-site water supply and subsurface sewage disposal systems. The mobile home park is located on Summerset Road in the Town of Stuyvesant, tax parcel #42.0-1-28.1.
