the shoreline from erosion. Measures will include minimal amounts of rock rip-rap and
bio-engineering measures (vegetative plantings) within a 150 ft. reach. Work will be
conducted within NY State Wetland CG-21 and the associated 100 ft. adjacent area. The
project is located at the corner of 3210 Eastern Blvd and Rte.364 in the Town of
Canandaigua.

The Department is prepared
to issue a 401 Water Quality Certification for the
reconstruction of Runway 14-34 at the Corning-Painted Post Airport located at 342
Victory Highway in the Town of Erwin, Steuben County. The 260 foot runway and
associated facilities expansion will cause the filling of 0.87 total acres of federal
wetlands, which will be mitigated by the creation of 0.92 acres of new wetlands to the
south of the airport.
