operate a nuclear pharmacy facility that would both collect
used radioactive medical syringes and utilize radionuclides to prepare prescriptions that
will be used by medial facilities. The syringes would be stored for approximately 10 half-lives,
until the syringes no longer contain a radioactive component. The syringes would
then be shipped out for incineration at a licensed facility. The facility is located at 130

constructing 18 feet of new bulkhead across the entrance of the slip and placing 220 cubic
yards of clean fill within the slip. Remove and replace 15 feet of existing bulkhead,
reface 87 feet of existing bulkhead and place 25 cubic yards of clean backfill. The project

construct a single family dwelling with an on-site wastewater
treatment system in the adjacent area of the freshwater wetland designated C-3. Grading,
clearing and ground disturbance would occur 15 feet from the freshwater wetland
boundary, and the residence itself would be 40 feet away from that boundary at its closest
approach. The site appears to have previously been disturbed and is largely unvegetated.
A buffer area 10 feet in width shall be established along the wetland boundary and will be
planted with a native species.
