DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five year term maintaining current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements. This permit involves the seasonal surface discharge of pool water up to 3,000 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Normanskill Creek. Proposed activities include the removal of bluestone through use of drilling and blasting, and mechanical equipment. Hours of operation are to be conducted 6am-6pm M-F, 6am-4pm Sat, with no operation to be conducted Sundays or legal holidays. All blasting shall be conducted 9am-4pm, M-F.

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.
