Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Shepard Home – Comfort Care Home will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves site plan approval to allow the construction of a single family home for the use as a ‘comfort care home’ for terminally ill patients. The project is located at 1957 Five Mile Line Road, Penfield.

Ontario County - The Town of Geneva, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Geneva Water District No. 12 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of public water within Water District No. 12 located along portions of County Road 6, Hastings Road, and Braewood Lane. Residents in these areas are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. A total of approximately 34,800 feet of watermain will be installed, primarily along County Road 6. In addition to the watermain, a new 500,000 gallon elevated storage tank will be constructed west of County Road 6 and north of Hastings Road. Approximately 3,000 l.f. of 12-inch watermain will connect the tank to the distribution system. A booster pump station will be located west of County Road 6 and north of Kashong Road. The project is located on portions of County Road 6, Hastings Road, and Braewood Lane, Town of Geneva, Ontario County, NY.

Notice Of Acceptance Of Final EIS

Monroe County - The Town of Brighton Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Park Place at Brighton (formerly the Mansions at Brighton). The action involves a multi-family housing development to be located on 33.7 +/- acre of land commonly known as “The Maxion Estate”. The development is located on the south side of Elmwood Avenue across from Elmwood Manor Apartments and east of the Town of Brighton/City of Rochester municipal boundary.
