Project Description: The project involves the subdivision of 24.18 acres into six new building lots ranging in size from 3.40 acres to 5.10 acres. One new single family dwelling with on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems is proposed for each of the lots. The site has 2,424 feet of frontage on County Route 4. The building locations on each lot are 120 to 200 feet from the road. There are no wetlands or other water features on the project site. The site is located across the road from the Sacandaga River.

Project Description: The project involves the installation of three flat panel antennas and a 12 ft. x 20 ft. 2 10 ft. high equipment building on the penthouse of the Holiday Inn in Lake Placid. The proposed antennas will be at a height of 52 feet above ground level. The proposed equipment shelter will be matched to the color and texture of the existing building. The antennas will be connected to the equipment building with coax cable and a cable tray. The equipment building will have connections to power and telephone facilities.
Essex County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the :DWSRF Project #15839 Town of Lewis Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves a major public utility use involving the development of a new municipal water supply (i.e., wells), chlorination/control building, transmission mains and distribution system improvements. The project includes about 6,000lf of new transmission main along NYS Route 9 and Wells Hill Road, 3,000lf of distribution main along NYS Route 9, Stowersville Road and Lewis Wadhams Road. The project is located in the Town of Lewis, NYS Route 9, Stowersville Road and Lewis-Wadhams Road.
