Notice of Cancellation for Columbia Natural Resources, LLC and Fortuna Energy, Inc. (Langdon Hill Field) - The NYSDEC proposes to establish field-wide spacing and integration rules for portions of acreage located in the Towns of Van Etten, Erin, Elmira, Horseheads and Baldwin, Chemung County, designated as Langdon Hill Field.
