Proposed construction of a 2.63 acre pond with a 23.4 foot high earthen dam to supply water for cattle at the applicant's farm. The construction will require 7177 cubic yards of compacted earth fill with the borrow area being located immediately east and contiguous to the pool area. The structure will have a 107 acre watershed. The dam, classified as a Class B Hazard Dam, will be located on Royce Road approximately 4,000 feet south of the intersection with Route 98 in the Town of Orangeville.
