Project Description: The action involves the subdivision of 46,372.5 acres creating parcels comprising approximately 4,901 acres which will be sold and the remaining lands, comprising 41,471.5 acres, which will be retained. The property to be sold is comprised of lands which have been leased by the applicant to the Tahawus Club since prior to May 22, 1973. There are several preexisting and post-1973 hunting and fishing cabins and the applicant‘s Agency approved group camp on 41,471.5 acre tract to be retained. The 4,901 acre tract contains no principal buildings. No new land use or development or further subdivision is proposed upon either the lands to be conveyed or those to be retained.

Project Description: The replacement of existing transmission line poles that requires the installation of ten utility poles greater than forty feet in height, four poles will be 65.5 feet above existing grade, two poles will be 61 feet above existing grade, two poles will be 63.5 feet above existing grade, one pole will be 70 feet above existing grade and one pole will be 77 feet above existing grade. The project involves the installation of structures greater than forty feet in height.

Location: Stillwater Road at Moshier Falls, Moshier Road, Sunday River Substation on the Beaver River in the Town of Webb, New York.

Project Description: The installation of three new utility poles of which two poles will be greater than forty feet in height at the existing Sunday Creek substation and Taylorville-Moshier #7 115KV transmission line. The new utility poles will be approximately 38.5, 47.5 and 56.5 feet above existing grade. There are no wetlands in the vicinity of the utility pole installations.


Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The Town of Chazy Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendments to Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves addition of new Section 485 Outdoor Waterstoves; deletion of Section 550 Waste Disposal Areas and Junkyards; addition of new Section 550 Junkyards and Section 555 Regulation of Sewage Sludge, Biosolids and Human Waste Derived Products. The project is located Town wide.

Clinton County - The Town of Chazy, Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Vaincourt Fuels, construction of Fuel Storage Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of 3 fuel storage tanks, containment structure and service building. The project is located on Rt. 9, Village of Chazy.

Fulton - Montgomery Counties - The Fulton County Board of Supervisors, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery County BOCES Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction and operation of new Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery County BOCES complex on Route 67 adjacent to Fulton-Montgomery Community College. The new 155,000 sq.ft. complex will be constructed on a 20 acre parcel of land currently owned jointly by the Counties of Fulton and Montgomery. The project is located at Route 67, Fulton and Montgomery Counties.

Saratoga County - The Town of Moreau Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Proposed Water District No. 6 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves The establishment/creation of Water District No. 6. Infrastructure and improvements include 53,000 linear feet of water mains and appurtenances and an elevated water storage tank. The project is located in the northeastern section of Township of Moreau, Saratoga County including Route 9, Fawn Road, Reynolds Road, Gansevoort Road, Frankie Lane, Gregory Manor, the residential community of Fernwood and the residential area bordering St. Mary‘s Cemetery.
