Fulton - Montgomery Counties - The Fulton County Board of Supervisors, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery County BOCES Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction and operation of new Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery County BOCES complex on Route 67 adjacent to Fulton-Montgomery Community College. The new 155,000 sq.ft. complex will be constructed on a 20 acre parcel of land currently owned jointly by the Counties of Fulton and Montgomery. The project is located at Route 67, Fulton and Montgomery Counties.

Rensselaer County - The Town of Brunswick Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Carriage Hill Estates may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a proposed mixed residential use on 217 acres, located on State Route 2 and County Route 140 (Pinewoods Avenue), consisting of 101 subdivided residential lots and 192 independent living senior apartments within 7 three-story apartment buildings. The project is located between NYS Route 2, County Route 140 (Pinewoods Avenue), east of Troy Country Club, Town of Brunswick, Rensselaer County.

Schenectady County - The Town of Rotterdam Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Masullo Estates Nine Lot Major Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the extension of East Lucille Lane and the creation of nine single family building lots from an existing 21.28 acre parcel of property. The project is located along Masullo Parkway and the proposed extension of East Lucille Lane in the Town of Rotterdam.

Greene County - The Greene County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Kalkberg Commerce Park. The action involves a Commercial/Industrial Park with 750,000 gross square feet to be developed over time on former agricultural land. Property covers 146 acres: buildable area covers 73 acres; with the remaining land left undisturbed for conservation. Project includes a 1,600 foot public roadway. The project is located on US Route 9W, 1 mile south of NYS Thruway Exit 21B, east side of Route 9W, straddling the Coxsackie and New Baltimore Town Line.
