The action involves the closing and sale of the former Allegany Central School District Junior/Senior High School Building located at 80 North Fourth Street in the Village of Allegany. The building is currently used by Allegany-Limestone Central School District for a universal pre-kindergarten program, which takes up a relatively small portion of the building. Other portions of the building are rented to various non-profit entities. The project is located at 80 North Fourth Street Allegany, NY.

Wyoming County - The Town Board of the Town of Middlebury, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sygnet Communications, Inc. - Texacotown Cell Site Special Use Permit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application submitted to the Town of Middlebury by Sygnet Communications, Inc. to place a 300 foot-high guyed telecommunications tower, Sygnet antennae, microwave dishes, equipment shelter, installation of utilities and access related to the delivery of wireless telecommunications services on lands owned by Jerrold Dickes located on Moose Road in the Town of Middlebury. Sygnet Communications, Inc. has requested that the Town Board to consider a special use permit to site said tower in an agricultural district. The project is located in the Town of Middlebury.
