Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 395 acres into seven lots thereby creating six new building lots ranging in size from 7 acres to 39 acres (lots 1-6) and a 283± acre lot (Lot 7) to be retained for possible conveyance to the State of New York. One new single family dwelling is proposed for lots 1 - 6 with on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems. The Agency only has jurisdiction over Lot 6 and Lot 7. Lot 6 requires an Agency permit because it is located within the "river area" of the Hudson River. Lot 7 requires an Agency permit because there are wetlands on it and because it is partially within the "river area" of the Hudson River.
