New Notices for ENB Issue of October 20, 2004: 1

Columbia Natural Resources, LLC and Fortuna Energy, Inc. (Langdon Hill Field) - The NYSDEC proposes to establish field-wide spacing and integration rules for portions of acreage located in the Towns of Van Etten, Erin, Elmira, Horseheads and Baldwin, Chemung County, designated as Langdon Hill Field.

A legislative hearing will be held on November 16, 2004 at 7:00pm to receive unsworn statements from the public. Written comments may also be filed with the Office of Hearings and Mediation Services on or before the date of the legislative hearing. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will beheld on November 17, 2004 at 9:00am. All petitions requesting party status to participate at the issues conference and any subsequent adjudicatory hearing must be received no later than close of business on November 10, 2004.
