The applicant proposes to
remove and replace, in-place, 75 linear feet of bulkhead and
two 12 ft. returns. Dredge not greater than 20 ft. seaward of the replacement bulkhead to
a maximum depth of 3 ft. below mean low water. Resultant 15 cubic yards of dredged
material to be used as backfill and 45 cubic yards to be trucked to an approved upland
location. Also, remove and replace a 3 ft. by 13 ft. ramp and 3 ft. x 62 ft. of floats
secured by five (5) pilings. The property is located at 9 Washington Drive, Hampton
Bays, Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk.

The applicant proposes to
remove and replace in the same location and a maximum of
18" higher 331 linear feet of bulkhead. Dredge no greater than 20 ft. seaward of the south
and west bulkheads to a maximum of depth of 6 ft. below apparent low water and 15 ft.
below apparent low water at the east bulkhead. Resultant 928 cubic yards of dredged
material to be used as backfill. Install two 5' x 6' platforms, two 3' x 15' ramps, a 4' x 190'
float, and six 4' x 20' finger floats secured by six (6) pilings. All upland demolition and
development landward of the bulkhead, which was constructed prior to 8/20/77 and is
greater than 100 ft. in length, is beyond Article 25 jurisdiction. The property is located at
123 Sterling Avenue, Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk.
