Erie County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Erie County Sewer District No. 2, Lake Street Pumping Station and Point Breeze Pumping Station Modifications and Force Mains will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves Replacement of approximately 17,800+/- linear feet of 20 inch and 24 inch sanitary sewer force main in existing permanent rights-of-way and easements; and, replacement of 2 pump stations. All facts and findings of this review are on file at the Department of Environment and Planning, 10th floor, Rath Building, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York 14202-3973. The files may be examined by the public between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. of any normal business day. Written Comments may be submitted to the commissioner at the same address. The project is located at Point Breeze Pump Station No. 1, Lake Street Pump Station No. 2, Lake Shore Road, Lake Street, Big Sister Creek Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Lake Erie Beach Park in the Town of Evans, Erie, County, New York.

Cattaraugus County - The City of Olean, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Tops Markets Accessory Fuel Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an accessory fueling facility with three double-sides, self-service fuel dispensers, a pre-fabricated kiosk building, an internally illuminated canopy and two UTSís. The project is located at 2401 West State Street, Olean, NY.
