The applicant proposes to
install 58 feet of bank stabilizing log cribbing on tributary # 11
of Canada Creek. The tributary has a water quality classification of C, and standards
C(T). The purpose of the project is to protect the access road to the applicant's residence.
The project is located on the Taberg Lee Center Road 1.4 miles west of it's intersection
with Harris Road in the Village of Lee Center.
