Columbia County - The Town Board of the Town of Stuyvesant, as lead agency has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed modifications, additions and revisions to the zoning ordinance regarding the Open Development. A public hearing on the Draft GEIS will be held on October 14, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Stuyvesant Town Hall, Route 26A, 5 Sunset Drive, Stuyvesant, NY. Written comments on the DGEIS will be accepted by the lead agency until October 29, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. and should be addressed to the contact person. The action involves the Town of Stuyvesant proposing to make modifications, additions and revisions to zoning ordinance regarding the Open Development. The project involves the entire Town of Stuyvesant.
