The applicant proposes to
add 9 acres to an existing permitted 30.2 acre sand and gravel
mine, located approximately 14 miles east of Watertown, one mile west of Champion
Huddle and 1,000' north of Hall Road. The additional acreage will provide sand material
for winter road sanding. The site is located on a 99.2 acre parcel controlled by the
applicant.
