Otsego County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Milford, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water System Improvements Project - DWSRF Project #16146 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the construction of a new water supply well in Wilber Park, the construction of a new chlorine contact main to connect the new supply well to the existing distribution system, the replacement of existing water distribution mains, and other treatment and distribution System improvements as needed.

Montgomery County - The Town of Amsterdam Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Montgomery Center, LLC Retail Plaza will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Site Plan and Subdivision Plat approvals for development of a commercial retail plaza consisting of one 165,765 gross square foot Lowe’s Home Improvement Center; one 72,000 gsf retail pad; parking for 967 vehicles; site landscaping, storm water management facilities, driveway access improvements, and off-site highway signal and lane modification improvements to New York State Route 30 and Wallins Corners Road.
