Demolish the existing covered
dock structure, construct a 133' x 104' x 42' high pile
supported boathouse, blast and remove 131 C.Y. of bedrock and dredge 1842 C.Y. of
loose rock and sediment from the new boathouse area, install approximately 395 L.F. of
sheetpiling along the shoreline, construct a 32' x12' concrete ramp, and construct a 144'
long x 10' wide pipe supported dock all in the St. Lawrence River at 750 Mary Street in
Clayton.

purchase up to 4,613 gallons of water per day from the DANC
Western Jefferson County Regional Water Line and receive it through Lyme Water
District # 1. In addition the project proposes to construct approximately 9,100 LF of 10"
water main, 3,800 LF of water service, 12 fire hydrants and 19 water service connections
for Lyme Water District # 4 in the Town of Lyme, Jefferson County.
