The applicant proposes to construct a 15' wide by 100' long gravel driveway through a portion of the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetlands ST-8.  The driveway will be approximately 50' from the wetland boundary.  The site is located on the south side of county route 22, just southwest of the intersection with Johnson Rd, in the town of Ghent, Columbia Co.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency:
None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
Opportunity for Public Comment:
Comments on this project must be submitted in writing to the Contact Person no later than Oct 15 2004.

The applicant proposes to build a 3.5' high by 4' wide berm within Freshwater Wetland K-110 to prevent springtime flooding of house and garage.  The berm will be placed two feet within the wetland boundary and span the width of the lot.  The site is located at 4 Ottoville Road ( SE corner of 28B & Ottoville Rd) Valatie, NY,  Columbia County.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to replace the County Route 83 bridge over the Schoharie Creek and Shanty Hollow Brook in the Village of Hunter. The existing Truss Bridge will be rehabilitated as a pedestrian walk way and the  main highway bridge will be replaced in kind.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is not subject to SEQR because it is a Type II action.
SEQR Lead Agency:
None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A cultural resources survey has been completed. Based on information provided in the survey report, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) has determined that the proposed activity will have no impact on registered or eligible archaeological sites or historic structures. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
