Consolidated SPDES Renewals
Tioga County - The Village of Owego, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Owego – Wastewater System Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvement of existing wastewater collection system including replacement of 18”, 15”, 12” and 10” gravity sewer mains, installing new 8” gravity sewer main with service laterals, 2” force main with sewage lift station and upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment facility. The project is villagewide.
