Location: The project site is located on the southerly side of School House Road, approximately eleven miles west of North River the Town of Johnsburg, Warren County.

Project Description: Applicant proposes to operate a Bed and Breakfast, in an existing two-family home. Three total guest rooms are proposed. Property consists of 8.5 acres and is accessed by School House Road. The Bed and Breakfast is to be open 44 weeks per year.
Saratoga County - The Planning Board of the Town of Wilton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ballard Road Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 52.61 acres into 11 commercial lots with an average lot size of approximately 4 acres. Each lot to have on site parking, well, septic system, and storm water system to accommodate future buildings. Thirty five percent green space, as well as the blue lupine areas within lot 8A will be preserved. This preservation includes setting aside 5 acres in open space land donated to the Nature Conservancy in a separate unbuildable parcel. The project is located at 61 Ballard Road in the Town of Wilton.
