Broome County – The Town Board of the Town of Triangle, as lead agency, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Town of Triangle Comprehensive Plan at the Triangle Town Hall, 2612 Liberty Street, Whitney Point, NY on September 16, 2004 at 8:00 p.m., at which time all persons interested will be heard. The environmental significance, if any, of the Comprehensive Plan will be reviewed incident to, and as part of, the public hearing.

Onondaga County - The Village of Solvay Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Berry Plastics Site Plan Application will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a 78,300 sq. ft. expansion of the warehouse area to the existing 134,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. The project is located at 1500 Milton Avenue, Village of Solvay, Onondaga County.

The action involves expansion of an existing manufacturing facility by approximately 38,800 square feet and related improvements. The project is located on Route 5, West, Elbridge, NY.
