The applicant proposes the stabilization and restoration of the dead end of Merrick Avenue. The work includes the placement of stone rip rap fill material and the installation of an outlet control structure at the end of Merrick Avenue to provide storm water runoff control. The project site is located within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-5 (Reeds Basket Willow Swamp).

The applicant proposes to demolish and existing house and garage and construct eleven new attached and semi-detached one-family houses. Portions of 4 of the proposed houses are located within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class 1 Freshwater Wetland AR-25 (Great Swamp). The project site is located at 1225 Forest Hill Road between Rockland and Ashworth Avenues, Staten Island, Block 1965 - Lot 54.

The applicant proposes to construct a two-family house including concrete parking pad and walkway. A portion of the front of the proposed house is located within NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-9 (Dongan Hills). The wetland is located on the opposite side of an existing street from the project site is located at Hunter Avenue, approximately 119 feet from Colony Avenue, Staten Island, Block 3805 - Lot 37.  The project site is also located within the Staten Island Mid-Island Bluebelt Moratorium area which prevents issuance of a NYSDEC permit for the proposed project until conclusion of the moratorium.

The applicant proposed to demolish two existing houses and construct two new semi-detached two-family houses. One of the proposed new semi-detached houses is located within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-9 (Dongan Hills). The project site is located 40 feet north of Bedford Avenue between Mason Avenue and Moreland Street, Staten Island, Block 3729 - Lots 41 & 42. The project site is also located within the Staten Island Mid-Island Bluebelt Moratorium area which prevents issuance of a NYSDEC permit for the proposed project until conclusion of the moratorium.
