The applicant proposes to perform maintenance dredging at their existing facility, in an area approximately 40'-140' in width and 1000' long), removing 6130 cubic yards of material to allow safe docking of vessels.  The project is located at the existing Port Terminal, Ltd. facility, 130 Port Road South, adjacent to the Hudson River.

The applicant proposes to mine 6.4 acres out of a 13.4 Life of Mine area.  The remaining 7 acres was previously mined prior to 1975.  The 7 acre area will be used primarily as a retention area for runoff to ensure that runoff does not go beyond the Life of Mine area. The majority of the material will be used by the Town of Chatham for use by the Highway Department.  Material will also be processed on-site using a portable screening plant.  The site is located off of NYS Route 295, behind the Town Hall Complex, west of the Taconic State Parkway in the Town of Chatham, Columbia County.  MLF # 402-2-30-0825

The applicant proposes to upgrade an existing animal walkway within the adjacent area of freshwater wetland SY-12.  Upgrade will consist of constructing a 10 foot wide road approximately 340 feet long that will allow animals to connect from one pasture to another.  The road will be fenced on both sides to keep animals from travelling through the wetland.  The project is lcoated on the west side of Brighton Road approximately 1200 feet south of the intersection of SR 20 and Brighton Road.

The applicant proposes to construct two 4,000 square foot wetland potholes and install two low dikes as part of a wildlife habitat improvement project. The project is designed to provide shallow water waterfowl habitat. Total area affected will be approximately 1 acre.

The applicant proposes to remove an existing trailer, build a new larger home on a concrete slab foundation, construct a garage on a concrete slab foundation, and to bury utility lines within the adjacent area of freshwater wetland SV-40.  The site is located on State Route 7 approximately 1/2 mile north of the Brooker Hollow Road (CR 38A) intersection.

The applicant proposes to construct an 11-unit residential subdivision within a 44 acre parcel, resulting in a disturbance of 0.21 acres of federal wetland.  The project includes wetland mitigation, replanting of wetland species.   The project is located on Farm to Market Road in the Town of Brunswick, Rensselaer County.

The applicant has applied for a renewal and modification to an existing mining permit, to expand the life of mine from six acres to 23 acres.  The site is located on Routes 9 and 20, at Corellis Drive in the Town of East Greenbush, Rensselaer County.

The Town of North Greenbush proposes to establish Water District #14, which involves the installation of approximately 110,000 feet of water mains, which will cross the Wynantskill Creek via directional boring, and several wetland areas.  The project is located in the southern and eastern portions of Wynantskill, bounded by Hidley Road on the west and south, the Town of Poestenkill line on the east, and the Town of Brunswick line on the north.
