The applicant proposes to
relocate it's existing pipeline that runs through the County line
Stone property on an existing pipeline right of way within that property that will route the
pipeline near and along the New York State Thruway. This will result in the pipeline
crossing New York State Freshwater Wetland CR-29 and its 100 foot regulated Adjacent
Area. The work will be completed within an approximately 80 by 2,000 foot long
existing pipeline corridor already on the property that crosses the freshwater wetland. The
property is located near the intersection of Crittenden Road and the New York State
Thruway in the Towns of Newstead in Erie County and Pembroke in Genesee County.
