New Notices for ENB Issue of August 25, 2004: 1

Southern Dutchess Sand and Gravel, Inc. - Supplemental Notice of Reconvened Issues Conference and Supplemental Notice of Date for Filing of Petitions for Party Status and Supplemental Notice of Date for the Submission of Written Comments - The Applicant currently has a Mined Land Reclamation Permit. The Applicant has made two applications to modify this existing permit.

The pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference previously held on April 4, 2003, will be reconvened on September 17, 2004 at 10:00am. All petitions requesting either full party status or amicus status must be received by 4:00pm on September 10, 2004. Written comments may be submitted no later than September 17, 2004.
