The applicant proposes to
apply the herbicide Rodeo to ditches and small roadside
wetland areas to contain the spread of Purple Loosestrife (Lythrum salicaria) into the Oak
Road wetland mitigation site, created to compensate for wetland impacts associated with
the FUSA Road reconstruction. Under one acre of area would be treated. The area
borders regulated freshwater wetland LB-10, an 82 acre Class II wetland.
