The applicant proposes to
install a 81 ft. long by 8 ft. high by 26 ft. wide arched culvert
over Sucker Brook (H279-P27-4) a class C(T) stream that is tributary to Saratoga Lake.
The culvert will be part of the access road to a proposed 47 lot subdivision located on the
south side of Rte. 423 approximately .25 mile east of Rte 9P.
