The applicant proposes to
construct two mortar and field stone walls with 3 foot long x
20 inches wide steel reinforced concrete footings above the Mean High Water Level on
Canandaigua Lake. The wall on the north side of the property will be 145 feet long which
includes two return walls. A second wall of similar construction will be installed at the
south end of the property which will be approximately 100 feet in length. The project site
is on the western shore of Canandaigua Lake in the Town of South Bristol, Ontario
