The applicant proposes to
construct a private dock structure at Lot 60 on Moon Lake,
approximately 3 miles east of the Village of Theresa. Work would include a 105' long x
4' wide elevated boardwalk over emergent marsh, a 40' long x 4' wide floating section and
a 10' long x 4' wide "T" at the end of the dock. The site is within regulated freshwater
wetland M-9, a 21 acre Class II emergent and submergent marsh.
