Cattaraugus County - Town Board of the Town of Perrysburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Prospect Street Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of a water district to service approximately 48 residential customers and the Gowanda Central School. The project will include constructing a new waterline from the terminus of the Village of Gowanda line on West Main Street to the end of Prospect Street, including the Gowanda Central School in the proposed district. The project is located on west Main Street to the end of Prospect Street/Town of Perrysburg.

Niagara County - The Town of Lewiston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sweethome Road and Wayside Drive Sanitary Sewer Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of 4,098 linear feet of 8 inch polyvinyl chloride pipe (gravity sewers), 1,000 linear feet of 1 1/2 inch polyvinyl chloride pressure pipe (force main), and a pumpstation within two residential areas in the Town.
