Cortland County - The Town Board of the Town of Cincinnatus, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Emergency Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves drilling of a new water well and installation of new pump; construction of a well house with associated piping, chlorine disinfection system, and controls; installation of a 24" chlorine contact main from the new well house to the existing distribution system. All facilities will be located in the Town of Cincinnatus Town Park on NYS Rte. 26.

Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Town of Dewitt, as lead agency, has accepted a Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hummel Estates Subdivision. The action involves a proposal to develop a 78 acre site into a residential subdivision of 30 lots. The minimum lot size will be 20,000 square feet with 100 feet of frontage on a public street. Access to the project will be from the Doubletree subdivision. the development will be served by all public utilities and will be developed in two phases over a period of approximately four years. One lot encompasses all of the land area within the Clark Reservation watershed (50 acres). The project is located on the south side of New York State Route 173, between the village of Jamesville and the City of Syracuse, directly across from Clark Reservation State Park.
