Location: The project site is located on the easterly side of New York State Route 9, approximately ten miles south of the Hamlet of Elizabethtown in the Town of Elizabethtown, Essex County.

Project Description: Applicants propose a two-lot subdivision involving 32.04 acres lot. Lot A will be 7.51 acres in size. A new commercial use, the-restoration /repair/ storage of antique motor vehicles, is proposed in the existing garage and office building. Lot B would be 24.3 acres in size. This lot would be retained and is currently used as a commercial sawmill operation, no new land use or development is proposed for this parcel. A minor boundary line adjustment to convey 0.2 acre to town cemetery is also included.

Project Description: The action involves repairing a breach in an earthen dam structure on Burpee Brook and restoring the impounded pond to its preexisting conditions. No dredging is proposed and appropriate erosion controls and equipment cleaning will be utilized to minimize potential wetland impacts and to avoid the introduction of invasive plant species.

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Malta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Park Place at Malta will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a change in zoning of an R-1 and C-1 area to a planned development district named Park Place at Malta. This area consists of 69 acres with 60 single family homnes, 238 condominium units and 115,000 square feet of commercial uses. The project is located on Rt 9 and Saratoga Blvd in the Town of Malta.

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Malta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Local Law Chapter 143 Subdivision (increase recreation fees) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a local law providing for the modification of fees for recreation from $300 to $1000 per dwelling unit pursuant to Chapter 143 amended by town Board resolution. The project is located townwide.

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Malta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Malta Overlay District. The action involves the Overlay District which is a designated area of the town considered to be the Downtown of malta that shapes new development and renovates existing projects in a manner which promotes increased health, safety, comfort, and convenience while at the same time promotes desirable design. The project is located in an area of Town between Baybeer Drive, Cramer Road and south on route 9 in the town of Malta.
