The applicant proposes to construct approximately 9 acres of shallow open water potholes and connecting level ditches within approximately 12 acres of the Class II Freshwater Wetland LV-2 as part of a Wetland Reserve Program Wetland Enhancement Plan on their property located at 3186 Bronson Hill Rd. in the Town of Livonia, Livingston County.

The applicant proposes to install approximately 250 lineal feet of new stone rip rap and repair the existing revetment for erosion control on their property located at California Point, in the town of Canadice, Ontario County.

The Town of Richmond proposes to create the Shetler Road Water District and to take for use therein a supply of water estimated to average 83,500 gallons per day (GPD) from the Honeoye Consolidated Water District well supply and the City of Rochester's upland supply sources.  This district includes the installation of 19,700 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch and 3400 LF of 8-inch water main and appurtenances to serve 48 residences and future growth along Shelter Road, County Road 37, and Briggs Street.  To accomplish this project the Town also proposes to take for use in the Honeoye Consolidated Water district an additional supply of water estimated average of 250,000 GPD (500,000 GPD maximum) from the City of Rochester's upland sources (Hemlock Lake and Canadice Lake) which are new sources for this district.  The project will include new booster pumping stations, pressure reducing stations, and other improvements.  The file is available for review and comment at the NYSDEC Region 8 office.
