Notice of Availability - DEC Region 4 Quarterly Reports of Administrative Use of Motor Vehicles and Aircraft in the Forest Preserve:

Columbia County – The Town of Kinderhook Planning Board as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Widewaters Commons Shopping Center. The project consists of a 47,192 sq. ft. anchor Hannaford food market and one 15,000 sq. ft. attached building, together with two satellite buildings (one 3,140 sq. ft. restaurant and one 10,000 sq. ft. retail building) utilizing 11 acres of a 19.1–acre site. The main access will be via a roundabout at the intersection of Routes 9/9H and State Farm Road. Other access will be a right–out driveway south of the roundabout on Route 9H and a right–in driveway north of the roundabout on Route 9. The project is located at the intersection of Routes 9/9H and State Farm Road, Town of Kinderhook, Columbia County, New York.
