The applicant proposes to remodel a an existing house, install approximately 550 square feet of elevated deck, make substantial repairs to approximately 60 feet of deteriorated steel sheet pile break wall, construct approximately 33 feet of new wood break wall and install a new open pile dock using existing pilings from a no longer functional dock on Irondequoit Bay in the regulated adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland RE-1. The proposed breakwall will be backfilled with rip rap, top soil and seeded.

Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
