The applicant proposes to develop a single family residence (house, barn) on a 30 acre parcel located on the southeast side of Bull's Head Road (also known as CR-19) approximately 300 feet west of the Taconic State Parkway.  The proposed driveway access will require approximately 600 feet by 12 feet of fill in Freshwater Wetland RC-42, Class II and its 100 foot adjacent area.  The proposed dwelling, septic system and other structures will be located completely out of the regulated area.  The applicant proposes to create two areas totaling 13,392 square feet of freshwater wetland as mitigation for the fill.   

The applicant proposes to construct an access roadway through a portion of the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland SP-63 (Class II) in conjunction with the construction of a seven-lot residential subdivision on a 30+ acre parcel. The total area of disturbance to the adjacent area of the wetland is 0.17-acre; no disturbance is proposed within the Freshwater Wetland. The project is located on the east side of Salt Point Turnpike (County Route 115), approximately one mile south of Netherwood Road in the Town of Pleasant Valley. A stormwater management plan has been prepared and is available for review.

    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five year term maintaining current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves surface and groundwater discharges of up to 25,515 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to a tributary of Philipse Brook, Pelton Pond and/or Glynwood Creek.

Repair and maintain approximately 600 linear feet of existing bulkhead in the Rondout Creek, City of Kingston, Ulster County.  The project runs parallel to Dock Street and extends from the bulkhead for the current Sailing School floating docks to the Hideaway Marina bulkhead.  The project also includes installation of approximately 1250 linear feet of a gravel promenade along the bulkhead and  placement of a guard rail to separate the promenade from Dock Street.

    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five year term maintaining current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves the surface discharge of up to 5,380 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Hudson River.

Applicant proposes to install approximately 125 linear feet of seawall constructed of pre-cast concrete blocks measuring 2ft x 2ft x 6ft.  The project is located in New Rochelle Creek within a regulated tidal wetland area along the access road to Beckwith Pointe at 700 Davenport Avenue in New Rochelle, Westchester County.

    The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received an application to re-issue the following EPA minor Private/Commercial/Institutional State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (P/C/I SPDES) permit.  DEC has made a tentative determination to re-issue this permit for a five year term maintaining current effluent limitations and monitoring and reporting requirements.  This permit involves the surface discharge of up to 50,000 gallons per day of treated sanitary waste to the Husdon River.
