and its 100 foot adjacent area. The proposed dwelling, septic system and
other structures will be located completely out of the regulated area. The applicant
proposes to create two areas totaling 13,392 square feet of freshwater wetland as
mitigation for the fill.

construct an access roadway through a portion of the 100 foot
adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland SP-63 (Class II) in conjunction with the construction
of a seven-lot residential subdivision on a 30+ acre parcel. The total area of disturbance to
the adjacent area of the wetland is 0.17-acre; no disturbance is proposed within the
Freshwater Wetland. The project is located on the east side of Salt Point Turnpike
(County Route 115), approximately one mile south of Netherwood Road in the Town of
Pleasant Valley. A stormwater management plan has been prepared and is available for
review.
