Livingston County – The Village of Avon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Central Business District Enhancements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves reconstruction of the existing sidewalks, curbing, driveway aprons and new street lighting. The project is located on Genesee Street between the Village of Avon municipal parking lot and Routes 5 & 20, Village of Avon, NY.

Steuben County – The Village of Bath, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Application of Liberty East Washington, LLC for demolition permit to demolish existing school building may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the demolition of a portion of their former Dana Lyon School building situated on approximately 4.1 acre parcel within the Village of Bath, NY; removal of all demolition debris from the site; reclamation of site for future development. The project is located on Liberty and East Washington Streets, Bath, NY.
