Proposed construction of a 275
foot long by 6 foot wide elevated boardwalk across
Freshwater Wetland R-12 (class II), to provide access to Ballston Lake from the
applicant’s residence. The wood boardwalk would be supported by steel posts, with a
30 foot long by 12 foot wide floating dock installed at the lake edge. The project
is
located on the west side of Lake Road, 0.6 mile south of Outlet Road, Town of
Ballston.
