Construct a 3'W x 266'L cedar and hemlock boardwalk for fishing access/nature trail, 149'L of which will run along the bank of Deep Hollow Pond. Project includes the planting of grasses, forbs, shrubs and trees to control erosion of the bank and the installation of check dams. Project is located west of Route 9 on the southeastern end of the Elizabethtown Golf Course and on the southeastern end of Deep Hollow Pond in the Town of Elizabethtown, Essex Co. The Adirondack Park Agency also has a variance application for this project APA#2004-02.

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

The project is located along Shoe Airport Road, north of Ticonderoga.
